The Chunky Chocolate shop was created 5 years ago by a husband-and-wife duo. They were originally based in their home; however they have expanded significantly over the last year and have now purchased a new premises. They decided that a rebrand was needed to keep up with the changes in the business.
After an initial discovery call, we figured out that a brand strategy session would be the best starting point. We needed to create the foundation of the brand, discovering their ‘why’, values, ideal target market and more, before diving into the brand identity. This is a crucial step to go through for any business.
With a solid brand strategy in place, we were able to create their dream branding that will contribute to brand recognition, creating trust and loyalty amongst their clients. They also decided that they would like packaging designed, so these were created too.
